Hello & Welcome to Day 15!
Read the statement and meditate on it’s meaning twice today for 15 minutes.
After your meditation, write in your journal about the experience. Remember to practice in a quiet environment where you will not be disturbed for at least 30 minutes (even though you will be meditating for 15). This will give you enough time to relax and not rush.
Wear comfortable clothes!
