Quick & Easy Soup (Veggie Broth) Recipe
1 large onion (red, yellow and/or white)
1 handful parsley
1 sage leaf (gives it a fuller flavor)
4 or more cloves of garlic
4 sprigs of thyme
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 tbsp olive oil
Clean and prep all of your veggies and herbs.
Cook on medium high heat for 10 minutes.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
