Mostly all of the juices we make have some type of detoxifying qualities.
How much depends on the veggies.
We know beets are highly detoxifying, but so are diakon (white radish), cucumbers, kale, and quite a few others.
Which brings me to today’s juice…
The Immunity Booster
The Immunity Booster is strong enough to:
- reverse the effects of a cold,
- reduce the hormonal effects of stress,
- detoxify your liver,
- improve memory,
- strengthen your mental focus,
- and calm your digestive system
Here’s what you’ll need for this recipe:
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1 lemon (peeled)
- 4 carrots
- 1 big kale leaf
- handful of spinach
- 1/4 cabbage
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 apple
- Cleanse, prep, and peel your ingredients.
- Run them through your juicer in the order listed.
- Make a wish.

You’ve made at least one juice a day this week…
Try making a juice with each meal, or making enough juice to have an alkalizing drink with breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
